In keeping with the retreat atmosphere, there is no wifi available at the Main Retreat House and Cabins. However, if there is a need to use wifi, the office building, located below the Main Retreat House and in the same building as the Hālau and Kapueokahi Apartment, has complimentary wifi with password.
The Main Retreat House is equipped with an outdoor laundry room (washer, dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets). There is no washer and dryer available for use in the Cabins or Apartment. Laundry can be done by the housekeeper for $15/load (washed, dried, folded) or $10 (washed and dried) with advanced notice.
- For week-long retreats, two complimentary housekeeping service are provided.
- For 5-night retreats, one complimentary housekeeping service is provided mid-retreat.
- No housekeeping service is provided for retreats shorter than 5-nights.
No open pit fires are allowed on the property, however the Main Retreat House is equipped with its own fire place that is available for use upon request. The Main Retreat House is also equipped with grills for outdoor grilling.
Verizon is the best cellular carrier in Hāna in terms of signal strength and service area. AT&T and Sprint work in most areas, however signal strength is weaker. Cellular service in the Main Retreat House and Cabins are weaker as its located further up mauka (mountain) of the property. However, simply drive or stroll down to the Office Building to catch great service.
Retreat guests are responsible for their own meals. Catering options are available. Please inquire.

We are unable to provide shuttle service for participants to and from the airport. There are no rental car companies here in Hāna, a car must be rented from Kahului.
