ALL TRAVELERS ARRIVING INTO MAUI COUNTY MUST:

1. Create a State of Hawai’i Safe Travels account.
2. Complete the State of Hawai’i Safe Travels Health Questionnaire 24-hours prior to your flight.
3. Download the AlohaSafe Alert app.
4. Test negative for COVID-19 within 72-hours prior to departing for Maui County through one of the State’s trusted testing partners, OR
   *Quarantine for 10-days by following the self-quarantine rules (pg. 9).

VACCINE PASSPORT FOR INTER-ISLAND TRAVELERS
Beginning on May 11, inter-island passengers (over 5 yrs.) who were fully vaccinated in the State of Hawai’i [fully vaccinated means all doses received 14-days prior to travel] traveling between Maui County, Kaua’i, and Hawai’i Island, will be able to forgo pre-travel COVID-19 testing and mandatory quarantine rules. You may begin to apply for the vaccine passport on May 7 in your Safe Travels account.

FACE COVERINGS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING
Facial coverings are required by law in all public places. Masks should be worn on property if you are in an area where there are people. And six feet distance must be kept from those outside of your household.
